Woody Acres

1530 Harris Road
585-872-2759

Welcome to Woody Acres! Our family farm was purchased in 1915, by my grandfather William Sutorious from the Harris Family. He grew fruits, vegetables, grain and had a few dairy cattle, pigs, chickens and horses. In 1915 William farmed approximately 100 acres. Our farm has since evolved into approximately 1,200 acres partially rented from others in the area. We have approximately 50 acres of Christmas trees, 8 acres of pumpkins and gourds, 300-400 acres of hay, 200-250 acres of wheat, 200-300 acres of red kidney beans, 150 acres of field corn and 50-150 acres of rye. Dave Woodward took over the family farm in 1979 when started his farming career.
