Tiny Houseboat Adventures

We always dreamed of having a house on the water. A place where we could escape the everyday stresses of life. The idea of walking out your back door and into the water is something many of us can appreciate.

We believe nothing is more enjoyable than soaking up some sun at the beach, snorkeling the springs, floating down a river with friends, or simply hanging out on a boat. All of it is relaxing, healthy, and therapeutic.

Although a house on the water seemed appealing, we thought it would be even better to have a floating cottage and wake up on the water with the option of a different view every morning.  In 2016, we bought a tiny houseboat, and with the help of some great friends, we learned all about our boat and how to restore it. Its a 1979 “Hobo” Houseboat and was in need of a lot of work. It took seven months to restore. We worked hard and are very proud of how it turned out. In fact, we liked it so much we wanted to share it with everyone.
