The Cady Way Trail

The Cady Way Trail is important to the City, and Central Florida, because it connects the City of Orlando with Orange County, Seminole County, Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford, Winter Park, and Winter Springs. This trail provides a regionally significant recreational and commuting option for cyclists who want access to the region's core.

The trail offers long shaded segments, perfect for both spring and fall riding. The trail starts near Orlando Fashion Square Mall and moves northeast through Baldwin Park, continuing on to the Cross Seminole Trail throughout Seminole County. This trail is one of the most heavily used trails during weekends and early evenings.
