The Springfield Farmer's Market and Banquet Center, located in beautiful Begg Park, was opened in 2003 thanks to a substantial investment be the City of Springfield and the Springfield Tax Increment Finance Authority.  Additionally, the facility benefited from major renovations in 2010 thanks to a grant from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation.  The renovations allowed for the creation of a banquet center, a 1200 sf commercial kitchen, 10 permanent vendor locations, and other improvements that helped us move our seasonal market to a year-round market.
