Festival Purpose

As our park grows and becomes successful so do costs and  maintenance. Absolutely no tax dollars have be spent on this project. Private  funding from individuals, families and businesses have funded much of the  improvements over the last 3 years, but there is so much more we would like to do.

The Festival Committee prides itself on not charging an admission or  a parking fee so if you would, don’t forget to make a donation and buy  some raffle tickets. Park expenses aside, one of my own personal goals for  the festival was to bring the Rarden Community together. Many times,  festival week is the only time that past Rarden residents get to visit  with each other. Especially those folks that now live hundreds of miles away.
