The snowshoe trail and the ski trail are in good shape for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. The camp area was also mowed. Logging is progressing on the beginning of the ski trail.

Located west of Elcho on the existing cross-country ski trail and adjoining forest roads. This area features a variety of rolling terrain and is highlighted by two river basins. Facilities include a parking area, restrooms and a warming shelter.
