Heritage Park is a natural park offering a 1.7 mile soft surface walking trail winding through 105 acres with 14.3 acres of wetland on four separate sites. Visitors can follow the trail through peaceful, natural areas that are habitats for many animal and plant species. The trail crosses Nickajack Creek and leads to the remains of a woolen mill dating back to the Civil War era.
