  • 1,150 cubic yards of cement went into the park.

  • 50 people had a hand in building the skatepark.

  • Each yard of cement at the park weighs approximately 4,000 pounds, or 2 tons.

  • Only 263 days elapsed from groundbreaking to completion of the park.

  • Skatepark construction to completion took 121 days.

  • The park hosts 60,000 visitors each year, or roughly 1 near sell-out game at Angel Stadium plus a full house for the Ducks at Honda Center.

  • There are 543 feet of round metal coping in the park.

  • There are 622 feet of rideable ledge in the park.

  • There are 92,200 linear feet of rebar in the park. This is the reinforcement bar (rebar) that keeps the concrete from bending and breaking. That's over 17 miles which is enough to stretch from the park to the ocean in Laguna Beach.
