We primarily raise Scottish Highland cattle, Scottish Blackface sheep, and Idaho Pasture Pigs. Our commitment is to preserving the beautiful breeds, raising our animals ethically and sustainably, and ensuring that we treat our natural resources with respect.
In addition, we raise heritage-breed turkeys, Bresse chickens (the French culinary standard), have a full apple orchard with old-variety apples, and have seasonal offerings of free-range chicken and goose eggs. For fun, we also have a small flock of pet sheep, a couple of goats, a potbelly pig named Petunia, and a few horses.
